Submitting this form signs an exclusive license. You stay the owner of your video, and BVIRAL becomes the exclusive manager of its rights: we work to place it with outlets, shows, and brands, protect it from unauthorized use, and pay you a share of what it earns per the contract, though earnings depend on demand and are not guaranteed. Your video can stay up on your own pages (you will whitelist them right after signing); from there, licensing and rights management run through us. This is for people who own their footage and want it working for them, not sitting unused. It will not fit everyone, and the best outcomes come when owners take the time to understand how we work and make sure it fits their goals.
